Jay Coburn, Chef & Owner, was the Executive Chef of famed CHESTER Restaurant in Provincetown. For nine seasons, from 1998-2006, CHESTER was the Outer Cape’s premier restaurant. CHESTER received the highest food and service rating for Cape Cod restaurants in the Zagat Survey and was named “Best Restaurant on the Cape for General Excellence” by Boston Magazine. CHESTER at Home continues the legacy of CHESTER Restaurant on a personal and more intimate scale.
