Restaurant Chef/owner Jay Coburn and co-owner John F. Guerra are happy
to announce the opening of CHESTER Restaurant for our ninth season on May
11, 2006.
CHESTER will be open for dinner this season from 6 pm Wednesday through Sunday
evenings. Jay has put together a delicious Spring Menu and has been working
with local growers on the Cape to acquire the freshest produce available. His
creative seasonal menu, the restaurant’s award-winning list of over 200
wines, delicious cocktails and friendly and knowledgeable service add up to
one of the Cape’s highest rated dining experiences. Jay, John and the
entire CHESTER team look forward to welcoming you in the new season.
